Synergy is definitely different when it comes to employment & their care for our clients!As far as employment goes, where else are you going to work where you are able to make your own schedule?! Our supervisors also do well at making sure we feel appreciated as employees!Our clients are outstanding! We often are able to get out and help our clients as quickly as needed, as well as being comfortable know you're getting an reliable caregiver!
I’ve been employed for about a year and have enjoyed working for synergy. The people in the office are down to earth and understanding when you need to call for whatever reason. You are able to choose your own shifts and aren’t obligated to be scheduled more days than you’d like. All in all it’s a great company to work for.
I couldn’t imagine being, in better hands ❤️ The Office Staff is Amazing as ever ❤️Such a breath of fresh air compared to were my Father and I was before. Excellent care❤️
