I work in long term care and often have clients who need some extra help in their home. Synergy staff responds very fast, are always friendly - often going above and beyond for me and the client. Doug in Decatur and Taylor who is everywhere are the best around!
Synergy is definitely different when it comes to employment & their care for our clients!As far as employment goes, where else are you going to work where you are able to make your own schedule?! Our supervisors also do well at making sure we feel appreciated as employees!Our clients are outstanding! We often are able to get out and help our clients as quickly as needed, as well as being comfortable know you're getting an reliable caregiver!
