This place is so fun and I would really recommend it for new learners or even advanced crossfiters! It's an awesome place to make new friends. It includes many varieties of different people, along with very kind coaches! Also, this gym has a place for kids and they are allowed out but just have them stay on the green!

I wanted more than just a gym or daily WOD. I wanted a community that motivated, encouraged and celebrated achievements. I wanted a community that was inclusive to everyone. Soy City Crossfit has exceeded that, and I highly recommend you or anyone you know to visit. Thanks and shout out to Ashley Shehorn who knows how to build a great Crossfit community.
