Easily the best tattoo shop in central IL, Shane is the coolest dude ever and will do a tattoo anytime of day 6 days a week. Not only is it fun, his rates are some of the best around here ESPECIALLY for his level of quality. Great guy, don’t go anywhere but to him for tattoos in central IL
