We have been clients of Northgate for almost 10 yrs, my girl Peach's vet left the practice and due to changes, I had been considering finding a new office but haven't succeeded yet. Took my girl in yesterday for her senior wellness and vaccinations which is always traumatic 🙄, however, we saw Dr Juhl and Ben and I think I know who to request from now on! They were both so focused on Peach, Dr Juhl even honed in on her anxiety and sat on the floor to gain Peach's trust before giving her shots. Peach nor I, even realized she got them!! I also can't leave out Kolten for hugging Peach through her toe trim, thats not an easy job!

Took my cat back to take a urine sample. They brought him back in he was in pain and howling. Hunched over he howled a couple times and threw up. Whatever they did broke his spirit and he hasn't been the same cat since. I made them take xrays to prove they hadn't hurt him. Dont risk your cat here.

As always, Northgate provided excellent service! Dr. Smail was kind and gentle with my Sarah. From the receptionists to the technicians, to the vet assistants and doctors, everyone is first class!!
