Susan was wonderful. I was looking for a part to be ordered she was kind enough to contact the manufacturer and did her best to get back to me and give me additional information. We definitely need service like this from every other company

This company doesn't stand by their work when their technicians do faulty repairs. I paid them to repair a defrost timer and the fridge did not defrost like it was supposed to. I never noticed it didn't work till 5 months later when the compressor froze up. Another contractor tried to work on it, but the wiring was so screwed up they would have charged me $750-1000 to get it done. Eichenauer refused to even look at it again without charging me.
I had another issue with them a couple months ago when I asked them to repair an ice machine. They said I had to replace a part and pay about $1000. I had another local contractor look at it and... read full review
