I’ve lived in a multi dwelling apartment house for 11 months! 3 units with a shared front entry to the house, common entry hall, shared laundry area 1 washer and dryer shared by 3 residents (including myself) I reported some bedbugs to the owner and this Company who is managing the property I live in sent me threatening email… with degrading connotation and false accusations of my discovery… considering I’m the only Female, and Minority in the building I was cautioned to “mind my business or Face Eviction” say nothing about the situation with the shared laundry space… to my understanding bedbugs are a concern once they are introduced to a common area such as a shared laundry area/ with ONE WASHER and ONE DRYER But the Property manager never addressed my concern of the shared laundry area, she only sent me an accusing email of me being a nosey neighbor and fumbling though someone else DIRTY LAUNDRY!The lady who represents the property manager never reached out to ask me questions, nor did she seek any facts… this is a violation of The Federal Fair Housing ACT! My Right to a Quiet engagement… I pay my Rent and I keep to myself! Obviously they are playing by different rules

I would not recommend Cutting Edge Realty to my worst enemy. I moved out of my apartment managed by them 5 months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit back, despite emailing them about it once a month. They have horrible communication and customer service, and will not return calls or emails for months at a time. Overall extremely unprofessional.

This company is completely unprofessional. They are unwilling to work with their tenants following a term and their lack of ability to communicate is impermissible. Moreover, they are ignorant to the terms of a legally binding lease. I would strongly suggest they attempt to make remedy before legal action is taken. Please stay away from this negligent business.
