Long story short, we ended up contacting these guys as a second opinion for a busted sewer pipe. The folks we had out originally had told us the break was under our garage floor and that they would need to bust up our concrete, a job that would take several days. After the situation got much worse,( sewer backing up into our garage!), we had to call Advanced Plumbing. They came out the SAME DAY I called, within hours, and determined that the sewer break was actually OUTSIDE of our house, not inside like we were originally told. They were even able to start AND finish the repairs the very next day, getting us back in business and using our OWN bathroom in less than 48...read full review
We have called Advanced Plumbing out two different times and were very happy with them. Jim and another gentleman came out both times and were prompt and very friendly. They explained the problem and what they could do to resolve it. They did a great job and I will continue to use them and refer them to anyone else who has a problem. Very professional.
Advanced was the only company that I reached out to you where I did not have to wait a couple of weeks for service which was nice. Reached out to Advanced in the afternoon and Ed and an associate employee showed up the next morning. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job! Both of them had great attitudes and the work was done great quality. Pricing was reasonable and extremely satisfied. Best plumbing company in town and highly recommend!
