Eric did a fantastic job on our home inspection! We are moving from Tennessee to Illinois, and we needed the job done efficiently with good communication, since we were only visiting for the day. Eric walked us through the entire house, explaining everything clearly and directly as he went. As a result of his detailed survey of our roof, we were able to get the seller to replace it without additional charges! Eric is extremely knowledgeable about building materials, electrical, sewer, plumbing, and he knows the area very well. Above all, I really respected his honesty and care for his customers. I feel very confident that we now know our property inside and out as a result of Eric's inspection, which has made the whole processing of buying a home that much easier.
