About Walmart Vision & Glasses

Walmart Vision & Glasses is known for its helpful and professional staff. Customers appreciate the assistance from Diana, who goes out of her way to help, and the eye doctor, who is kind and thorough. Many reviews highlight the quick service, with one customer receiving glasses in just 40 minutes. However, there are concerns about the rudeness of a front desk staff member, which has impacted some experiences. Overall, the facility offers a welcoming atmosphere and competent care, making it a good choice for optical needs in the area.

So I have already been going here for 3 years. The doctor is kind and professional and so are the other ladies that help you buy lenses/glasses. But this one guy as a receptionist has the BIGGEST ATTITUDE EVER!!! My first time ever I thought he was having a bad day it happens to everyone. But he is always rude, unprofessional and bossy. If you’re going to spend money spend it somewhere else where you get treated with kindness and respect. But if a single receptionist doesn’t ruin your day then I guess go here…..
