You don't need to look anywhere else for any of your computer fixes!!! I have used Tom at PC MD Enterprises for at least 4-5 times that I had problems with my computer at work as well as my laptop at home. I own a hair salon in Clarendon hills and had a lot of problems with my Hewlett Packard desk top crashing, which in a service business is never ever a good thing:( I called Tom up and he was able to arrive within a few hours to assess the problem( which was several hours or even days before anyone else could come)! He spent about an hour and a half trouble shooting the fix and had it up and running in no time:) After having several similar problems with that same... read full review

I wouldn't recommend. The tech expertise might be competent but the business management side is poor. Customer service, response times to inquiries, price compared to services rendered-- not satisfied.

I've never used them and after what I just experienced, I never will. I was driving down my street when a lady pulled out of her driveway a little ahead of me and a PC MD truck pulled up behind me. Well apparently he was too impatient so he proceeded to swerve into an oncoming lane and almost take off my drivers side mirror...then took off speeding down the road!!!! Guess being in a company vehicle doesn't mean crap to this driver...way to really represent the people you work for. Oh and this was AFTER 5pm (they close at 5...I checked) and the roads were wet from the rain.
