It all started with a water leak into the neighbor's condo below me. I knew it was time for a badly needed remodel of my master bedroom and bath. I contacted five companies for estimates. Three companies came out to look at the project in order to prepare an estimate. The only company that followed through was Bayern Builders. Joe and his team were excellent. Joe suggested suppliers for materials needed. He made suggestions (although a little reluctantly) for remodel ideas that turned out wonderful. A good friend referred me to Bayern Builders. I had seen their work on a remodeled kitchen and was very impressed. I have a tricky kitchen layout that I wanted to remodel and Joe had great ideas on how to accomplish that. I also remodeled my powder room and laundry room. Joe and his team were a delight to work with. They are talented, professional and articulate in all their work. I would recommend them to everyone. My project turned out absolutely beautiful and I could not be happier.
I contacted Joe about several projects we were considering and he got back to me that day. Our house was a collection of small rooms and “bowling alley” spaces. He envisioned something we never considered….taking down the wall between dining room and kitchen and enlarging the kitchen. After seeing the plans, we were sold!
As anyone knows it can be difficult and stressful to have people working in your home, especially if you are living in the home during the remodel. However, Don and Phil were wonderful to work with.
