A&R Diagnostic Services Inc promptly responded to our work order and scheduled a day and time that worked best for us. As the kitchen manager for the Schererville Red Robin (which does a lot of catering before opening hours) it was crucial to schedule the service call for a time that would not conflict with any orders. A&R was flexible and helped us find a time that was perfect! On top of that, Paul and the team were able to get everything covered for us under manufacturers warranty! They came out and solved our problem and the store didn’t have to pay anything out of our financials! Also, Paul the service tech was hilarious and informative.
