Sean Ray telephoned to set to set up my inspection. I told him that I would probably be at work. He remembered that I had access to my crawl space on the outside of my house so he was able to get the inspection done without me being there. He is friendly and thorough. Never before Sean, has a termite inspector actually crawled into our two crawlspaces rather than just peeking in with a flashlight! Asian lady beetles were swarming our house! We contacted our usual guy, only to find that he retired and so we were connected to Smithereen. I was hesitant to use a company I had never heard of, and out of state headquarters; but they sent Sean for our service and my husband and I were very impressed with his experience and professionalism. He’s a good listener and knows what he’s doing. Those pesky brown beetles have mostly died and now it’s rare to see even one a week; usually in the process of dying. Thanks Sean, great work!
