Tried to tan had to fill out a paper been tanning at planet fitness for 2 months they wanted to tell me how long I could tan for....then their card reading system is garbage....won't be coming back ill stick to planet fitnessService: Tanning

We had a very unfortunate experience at Sienna Tan and Spa (south location). The hours online were unfortunately listed incorrectly and the spray tan machine was broken at the north location which is near our home. The manager Jennifer was extremely rude and turned one of us away with a terrible tone and reminded us that the hours on the doors are correct (while website + Google show differently). While we understand business policy, this was not posted anywhere and the lack of customer service was disappointing. The entire experience was confrontational and she told us to drive back up at 8am which the website also says 7am. I truly wanted to support the new business...read full review

The north location is filthy. Beds not always cleaned after each client. Some of the staff is rude, particularly the dark haired lady who's always sitting down in front of a laptop behind the counter. I can deal with rude to a point but not unclean beds from previous client. Disgusting!!Service: Tanning
