Kim is a top-notch, dedicated professional. Kim books plenty of time for a detailed consultation, and is careful to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want. Her technical skills are excellent, and she continues her education and research to provide hard-to-find services. In the 25 years I have been going to Kim, she has never once been late, even when I arrive early. The station is clean and ready for me, and she is standing at the door with a smile on her face, greeting me and ready to go. She is the most reliable person I have ever met.
