I called this business because I am looking for someone to service my AC. I asked about pricing and was about to ask if I could schedule an appointment but then the person on the phone became quite rude. I think he thought I was a spam call for some reason but I am a very real person who could have been a very real customer to him and he was very rude. He pretty much hung up on me before I could clarify who I am and what I wanted.
