They answered the phone every time I called and had questions. The gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I haven’t had any service completed yet, but the customer service alone deserves a 5 star review. Especially when Wagner’s lock smith wouldn’t bother picking up the phone or calling back. Thank you

I wish I can give them more than 5 star I left my car key inside my semi truck at salt kettle rest area I reach out a number company they told me I have to wait 3 hours minimum and the price is extremely high and I call BOTT’S LOCKSMITH Danville IL they are very respectful and the price is extremely extremely affordable thank you guys I can’t even thank you enough great service GOD bless you guys !!!!

I went there to make extra key and it was super easy going very nice people it took hardly 15 minutes to get it done they did programming as well and its super cost efficient compare to dealerships. They value customer and hard earned money.
