Carl and Omar were the employees who installed a new HVAC system for our house. They are skilled and experienced technicians. They arrived on time and kept us informed regarding the progress of the installation. Each step was followed meticulously, and all questions were answered politely with clear explanations. Our house was left in excellent condition, including the outside areas where equipment was stored during construction. Michael, the project manager, was involved with sales and the project walkthrough at completion. He is a professional, detailed in his inspection and assessment.

Came home and the A/C was not working. The Landlord called Grayco and within a few hours Clinton was here and in ten minutes he had the part replaced and gone! Couldn't be more happy with this Company and the person they sent!! Thanks Grayco and Thank you Clinton!!
