Awesome response on a very hot evening! Pleased with their cooperative and polite service team.
During the hottest week of 2020, Grayco was able to come to our home, assess our situation and quote us a new HVAC unit all on the same day. Since they carry an inventory of HVAC units, we were able to have it installed 2 days later. Our house was not properly constructed regarding its HAV ductwork. Tim explained it all to us, and placed the proper unit for our situation in our home. Utility bills for the past 6 months, both heating and cooling, have gone DOWN and we have been working from home this entire time. Overall, this was great experience in a time of need regarding a large expensive item. Grayco was amazing!
I am very proud to put my name behind Grayco. This is something I do not do often or lightly. These great folks are worth recommending. They kept my old system running as long as it could. When it was time to replace; there was no question or need for second opinion. I can be assured that Grayco will stand proudly behind our new Amana system. If you need service on your present system, or if you are looking at new systems; give them a call. They will shoot it to you straight because they want you to call them when it is too hot or too cold. Thank you Grayco. They don’t make them like you guys much anymore.
