We are fully licensed and insured.Our phone system is up to date, we carry the business phone with us at all times, if we would miss a call, we call right back, immediately.We try and bill on sight after the job is finished, but sometimes with customers not always home, or whatever the circumstances are, we do bill by mail and by email. Never a problem.In some circumstances we have had to bill several times, and no response or payment received in the mail, then we will make a phone call. We are ALWAYS flexible and workable, and have built on giving our best work for the best price.We do accept credit cards, and the app is only on one phone.
