We have built a good relationship with M&R and Mark always remembers us and can quickly access historical information regarding our plumbing fixtures. Yesterday our toilet float broke. Mark quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone, identified the parts needed and quickly sent out capable plumbers Joel and apprentice Cash, equipped with the specific needed parts.
