I used them twice back to back- very professional and nice. Kept me engaged in conversation as they prepared my suv for towing.
First tow I had in over 10 years and of course a wait time for arrival is long; but it was a nice day and once they arrived, it went smoothly. I love that the first driver took pictures of my vehicle I’m guessing to prove its condition upon arrival.
I’m hoping that I don’t need a tow for a very very long time but if I did, they’ll be on my list to call.
Would give more than 5 stars if possible. Had James come to save the day via State Farm roadside assistance. Had to have my BMW X7 towed to the dealership. He was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with getting my car jumpstarted and onto the tow truck. James was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, completely exceeding the expectations set by the company’s negative reviews. As good of an experience possible. Would recommend to anyone.
My car broke down in the middle of the Highway and was given a two hour eta. Snoop, the tow truck driver, came in under an hour and thirty minutes, was kind, efficient, safe, and really knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend his service and hope he’s the one to help me if I’m ever in a situation like this again.
