I have taken a few cars to the Crestwood location, and Cal and the team have always been great to work with. They are honest and professional, and they take pride in their work. They have installed several items for me, including Viper SmartStart, front and rear dashcams, and a Tesla-style Android radio. Every installation was done professionally and turned out great. I really appreciate their attention to detail, their quality of work, and the way they listen to and address any concerns I have about my car. I could not be happier with their service.
I recently had Mobile Audio Experts install a new CarPlay head unit in my old Mercedes-Benz SL500 (R129), and I couldn't be happier with the results.
This was far from a simple installation. The car still has the factory Bose sound system, and a previous aftermarket radio installation had left several components disconnected. Kal took the time to diagnose the system properly, restore the factory amplifier and speakers, and get everything working again, including the subwoofer. The sound quality is excellent, and all of the factory speakers are now functioning as they should.

Amazing service! We needed help with my uncle’s car battery, and the owner was incredibly kind and generous. He even gave us a battery, and thankfully the car worked perfectly afterward. Truly a 10/10 business with excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
