Todd came out and went above and beyond. He is a great guy, and i would not look anywhere else but Rousculps for any HVAC needs! Helped my Family and I out with top of the line service, and even went above and beyond. He is an amazing guy. Has a lot of experience and is very helpful. Helped me at midnight on a Saturday night, came out first thing Sunday morning, Then came back first thing Monday with the parts needed and fixed everything. AC is running smoothly and i wouldn't go anywhere else. He now has a life time customer. Thanks again Todd!
Cental air unit wasn't working properly blowing out warm air and then stop working I thought i need a unit since it was 30 years old but that wasn't the case call rousculp's heating and cooling with then a couple of hour the owner came check my unit out fix the problem with 30 minutes excellent work, explain the problem to me and just like that blowing cold air I will be recommending them to my family and friends !! P, s very reasonable
Todd and John were great to work with. They were able to pinpoint the problem with my AC within minutes of arriving, and had it fixed and running in less than 30 minutes. This company is incredibly knowledgeable, fairly priced, and happy to actually fix the problem rather than insist on a replacement unit. This isn’t the first time we have used Rousculp’s and it certainly will be the first company we call for future HVAC needs!
