This was my first time visiting this location for Premier Dermatology. They have always been prompt and on-time in Naperville for previous appointments, so I expected the same in Crest Hill. Upon arrival 10 minutes before my appointment, I checked in and waited 40 minutes, watching the waiting room turn over twice and I was still waiting. When I went to ask if I had been missed, the response I got was ‘there are 6 doctors here!’, instead of a more appropriate ‘I’m sorry, let me check’. i love dr. mercy and cassie! dr. mercy was so nice. she was very easy to talk to and put me at ease. she made an uncomfortable procedure painless and fearless. i highly recommend her and cassie..
Carrie, RN was personable and very informative. I really appreciate all the time she spent explaining thermage treatment. She took before photos of areas I was concerned about and also recommended a lotion I could try. The office personnel informed me of the cost for the treatment and staff availability. I would highly recommend Premier Dermatology to family and friends. Thank you Carrie.
