Update: I spoke to the manager and he was very apologetic. He accommodated an appointment with a new nail tech who did a phenomenal job. She took her time with my mani a pedi and was very gentle. I was very grateful for the manager’s professional to make sure my experience was better.
I had scheduled an appointment over a week in advance for a mani and pedi as I have a trip planned. I got a call 20 mins before my appointment that they have no hot water, which I understand things happen. They told me I can still come in and get a pedicure with cold water….who wants to do that! emma does such a good job anytime i’ve gotten my nails done with her. always turns out just like the inspo pictures and they stay on for such a long time. would definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future!
Love the pedicures here. Very large salon and they treat you great and do a great job. After I get my nails done I then go and treat myself to a book just a few doors down from Magic Nails.
