I have had nothing but great experiences with Home lnstead, it’s care providers, and it’s employees. They have always provided thoughtful, empathetic care and flexibility in scheduling that has taken much of the stress out of what could’ve been an even more stressful situation.
We worked with several agencies to get mom a companion but always found them to be disappointing. Not Home Instead! A refreshingly excellent experience! Mom had great companions, not only kind and caring, but excellent and responsive too. Judy called to alert us to a medical problem that most likely saved mom from becoming critically ill. Then we needed more help, around the clock for mom’s safety, Melissa and staff went above and beyond to cover moms needs with wonderful staff. Accountable and dependable when you need them the most. Mom loved her caregivers. Thank you Home Instead! It was a prayer answered when we found your service.
Home Instead of Countryside - La Grange, Illinois, did top-notch work for my good, late friend James Cornelius. Their staff’s talent, experience, dedication, and compassion combined to make his life vastly better in his final years. Never before have I seen care better than what was given to him by Home Instead.
