Countless first hand primary sources stating how this company blatantly ignores home owner's safety and general well-being. Not to mention, horrible workmanship - Hickory Ln, Westchester - great example. Still one of the few abandoned subdivisions in the area - houses decaying day by day on what looks like an apocalyptic street. Cheap, money hungry schemers, not business people.

Unfortunately this company is doing construction on a new home next to ours. I was very shocked to see on my blink cameras the construction workers for this company, trespassing on to my property and stole my "private property/no trespassing " signs and placed them at their construction site! Truly unbelievable, considering WE LIVE NEXT DOOR! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND YOUR BELONGINGS! The workers obviously only care to protect their personal property, while STEALING OTHERS PROPERTY! I called the company to notify them and they denied and hung up on me. Cops were notified and my property was returned. Their contract is on sideded in their favor. They use cheap materials. had several major problems they would not fix. You can't sue them it costs more to sue then have them repair. And they know it.. My opinion find another builder.
