The Clinic Manager Michele Alberts has been described as extremely knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge to help patients understand their goals. Patients have also commended the courteous and supportive staff. One patient with a bicep tear found the therapy to be very effective. Another patient with knee pain found the therapy to be extremely helpful in relieving their pain and restoring their function. Jennifer, a Therapist, was great and knowledgeable, knowing exactly what was needed to move forward. Gardenia at the front desk was also great. Jennifer was knowledgeable, kind, and always smiling. She and Kevin, another therapist, who was outstanding, helped get shoulder pain free and back to working order. Michelle Alberts PT and her associate Kevin provided great professional service. They treated pain and patients are almost 100%. Facilities are very clean. Jen and her team are highly recommended.
I am extremely happy with the treatment and education I received for my back and neck issues. I was given all the tools I need to keep my recovery moving in the right direction! Michelle is an excellent PT, as is Jen (Michelle was my PT for all but 1 session). The entire staff is friendly and engaged with everyone that walks through the door. It is a place where you feel that everyone in the building cares about you!
I highly recommend this facility if you’re ever in need of physical therapy!

I have been treated for primarily hip and back pain three different times over the past few years at the Athletico Countryside location and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I recently was treated after hip replacement and Jen was my therapist. She was supportive, listened to all my concerns and provided me with a great program to help me gain my strength back so I could resume my daily walks. I have also worked with Michelle in the past and would highly recommend her as a therapist as well. The staff here is friendly and competent. Would recommend this location to anyone.
I went to Athletico in Countryside for a severe back muscle spasm and pain after a fall. Jen was my therapist and she was very empathetic. She worked hands-on diligently to relax my muscles and instructed a progressive program of stretching and strengthening exercises, always staying close-by and attentive. She, as well as the other team members - Michelle, Omar, Kathy, and Gardenia - were always caring, friendly, and helpful. An overall positive experience!
