Josh and his team are incredible! No one loves it when their AC goes out on a hot August day. And no one wants to pay for the repair!!! But when you have to, Joiners is the way to go. Josh talked us through our options and we never felt pressured. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have had Josh come for repairs and he is awesome! He got there quickly, despite it being a busy day for him. He is kind, fair, and honest. He explains what’s going on, what he did to address the issue, and he is patient and gives you time to ask questions. I’ll call him every time I need repairs.
