Compared to other optical places. They are a bit expensive. The discounts still don't compete with large retailers. The Dr is great. Very thorough. Very knowledgeable.The optician messed up the order. 1 pair was suppose to be sunglasses and were ordered clear. Another weeks wait. I asked if there was an added cost. No answer. I guess il find out when I pick them up. Everyone makes mistakes. Il still use their services. Just wish they were more competitive and delivered faster.

I had a very good experience here. The doctor was very helpful with explaining everything to me and the ladies in the office were helpful with helping me pick out the right frames for my face and with the pricing.
