Told I would be contacted 3 days prior to service but not contacted until the day of. While I appreciate the job is complete, I had others services to schedule based on aeration schedule, now those are running behind. If I cant trust TG in the little things how can I trust the company in the bigger things. Details and promises are important.

I had Javaun B. come out to service my yard today. Trugreen calls Javaun a "Trugreen Lawn Care Specialist." I call him a Trugreen Customer Service Care Specialist and Standard Barer. Javaun serviced my yard with fertilizer and weed control treatments. He took the time to ask questions about any yard care concerns I may have, and ensured those concerns were addressed as he treated my property. Javaun's cordial interactive communications along with his attention to details while performing his job placed him in high standing with me. He sets a standard worthy of being emulated. A true Trugreen Customer Care Specialist and Standard Barer! Thanks for a job well done Javaun!

Excellent communication! I recieved four texts that Joel (the tech) would be arriving and when he did, Joel rang my doorbell. He asked any concerns I had. Once I had none, he went to work. Eight minutes later I recieved a txt indicating he had finished and there was a link to the summery showing what and how much had been applied. FIRST CLASS, TRUEEGREEN!
