Chelsea is the real deal. I had faded brows from a different artist that needed some love and I knew I needed a different style of brow this time. Chelsea was patient and went over all our options & made sure I understood the process and that it was exactly what I wanted when it comes to color and shape. Chelsea is amazing!! I have had several services from her, the latest has been lip blushing!! I first initially went about 8 weeks ago, wasn't sure about it but I absolutely love it and her!! Yes, there will be swelling afterwards for about 6 hours and then the lip peeling/healing BUT totally worth it!! Check her out!! Oh, and she does use numbing cream, which is huge for the lips!!
