Love this place. Kaitlin is always super helpful with whatever questions we have and takes care of us. She’s always knowledgeable about tanning products as well.also alayla and Bella are very helpful!! palm beach is the best
Loving all things PBT! The Collinsville lotion is the one I frequent. The salon has been clean and professional everytime I have gone in to tan starting with my very first visit. I had Amanda assist me with purchasing my package and lotions. She’s was great, informative and friendly. I ended up getting the elite package and the starlet lotion. Amanda has also been knowledgeable on which beds I should be going into and for how long each time.
I absolutely love this salon! I have been coming to this location for years. The staff, especially Amanda, Kaitlin, and Katie are amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable about products and equipment. It is extremely clean and the equipment is upgraded regularly. I love that they now have red light therapy in the form of full body booth and facial panel. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I have been to many salons over the years and this is my favorite by far.
