The team is helpful and kind, with employees who do excellent and superb work. Clients have praised their work on many jobs, from installing a new floor to power washing.
Recent reviews show the team’s ability to handle complex projects, such as restoring a damaged home addition that was left abandoned by another contractor. Additionally, Dontez arrived on time, diagnosed issues with a sunporch, and completed tasks such as sealing areas to stop leaks, cleaning gutters, adding a downspout gutter, and replacing screens—all with efficiency and care.
The company emphasizes customer satisfaction and reliability, supported by their Neighborly Done Right Promise™. Their customer service is very kind and helpful, providing solid estimates so clients know what to expect. Many jobs are completed in just one day, taking care of multiple repairs at once. While some customers have expressed concerns about specific tasks, overall, the company remains a trustworthy choice for home repair needs and is highly recommended.
