I booked through the app for 11:30am on a Saturday, for full dip set with tips. It was a bit busy and took about 15 mins to get to me. All fans are handmade! If you want lashes that look great and retain well until your next fill 2-3 weeks later, she is your girl! (you have to take care of them of course. It’s a team effort. ?) During my pedicure, I unexpectedly experienced a Charlie horse in my stomach, causing quite a bit of pain. However, the nail technician, handled the situation with such genuine concern and care. Not only did she pause the service immediately to ensure I was okay, but she also brought me a refreshing bottle of water to help ease the discomfort. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference in my experience.
