We were selling our house and the inspection came back they there were a few loose shingles and to have the roof inspected by a professional. The first roofing company said we needed a whole new roof, which baffled me because the roof wasn't very old and we hadn't had much hail. I called Kelly from Downing and he was out the same day, inspected the roof and told me it just needed the shingles fixed and found one other minor piece he would need to fix. He came out on a Saturday and fixed the roof for a great price. Very honest hard working company, would highly recommend.
