Wonderful experience. Beautiful setting. Incredible rooms. Exceptional service. Wish the small towns weren't so abandoned in S. Illinois. But even still, with hiking (when the weather cooperates), wineries, and such, this is a great spot to stay while taking advantage of God's beauty and gifts in one of the best parts of the state.
Absolutely beautiful! A wonderful host! The grounds are well maintained and the house is gorgeous! If you are hesitant, don't be; you'll be glad you booked at Bell Hill :-)
Coming up on our one year wedding anniversary and I realized I never praised this place enough! Mitch was the most accommodating host I have ever met. He made our wedding so incredible and went above and beyond with everything. Everyone who attended could not stop raving about the uniqueness of this place! The property is breathtaking and he maintains the house superbly well! We plan to go back soon just to enjoy time with Mitch and all the beauty the property has to offer! Couldn’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else!
