Alex guided me through the difficult process giving me options along the way. Matt and the other staff were very supportive, putting me more at ease. The team at Baskerville handled all the details with the utmost dignity, not forgetting a single request. The facility was very clean, modern and made all who visited feel at home. The three day funeral was very comforting. All the follow-up touches, such as sending a condolences card on my wife's birthday, was very much appreciated. The love of my life passed suddenly at our home. I was in shock and could not think straight. What do I need to do and how do I do it. I remember Reeves from past family losses and how compassionate they were. I remembered how they guided us each step of the way.
Guess what, they have not changed in that respect except they are much more now. As technology changed so have they. They provided me with loving memories by producing memory cards and a video with our cherished life together.
