The plastic liner should always be used in the bowl. I was asked to pay twice and my husband did and we both have been good customers for awhile. Kind of embarrassing. We are great tippers. Maybe have your customers prepay or provide mobile payment options. Then tip.

My nail technician was Nancy. She did a great job on my nails. She trimmed my cuticles, put new gel on my nails & painted them for me. She is friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.
