I had a wonderful experience at MyEyeDr. in Coal City. They were very helpful and friendly. All the women on the floor helped me pick out a pair of glasses and the doctor was extremely wonderful and generous! I definitely recommend this eye dr. You will get the help and care you need and deserve.

I recently visited this location and the customer service was fantastic! I have been wearing contacts for years and wanted to get a new pair of glasses, so I ordered some after my recent eye exam. After wearing the new glasses for awhile my eyes had issues adjusting to the new lenses. I called and spoke to Brenda and was advised to stop back in on my way home from work. Once I got there the team asked me some questions and recommended that I try different lenses. The team then ordered the new lenses for me and also offered me free contact lenses trials to get me by until my new eyeglass lenses come in. The office staff is really friendly and helpful they handled my insurance issues very promptly they also have a great selection of glasses this will be my new eye doctor from now on
