So glad we bought Simparica Trio from Covenant Animal Clinic! All the tiny dots in this picture are baby ticks; our dog must have run into a nest of them on our walk today. Ticks were dead within 6 hours. We called Covenant when we noticed to see if our dog needed to be seen and they not only reassured us but also led us to a tick spray for our dog and home! Thank you Covenant Animal Clinic!!
After having several not so great experiences with Decatur vets ,we called this Animal Clinic for help with our senior dog.
The woman on the phone was very kind, empathetic, patient and understanding.
Despite not being a prior patient they scheduled for our sweet dogs euthanasia. I personally was very hesitant because I wanted our dog, Ferruccio, to pass away naturally at home. Unfortunately, at 16 years old he was rapidly declining in health and could no longer go outside to potty. So I was thankful to have a caring ear on the other end of the phone when I called to schedule.
