Our freezer quit at our ice cream and we lost all our product! We called Shawn and came right over to help us! He found the best deal for the part and we are so thankful for him! Highly recommend!

My personal experience with Shawn the technician was great! He was able to come out the same day that submitted a ticket and check out the issue with our dryer. There was some issues/delays that were completely out of Shawn's control and I don't hold that against him. I'm sure as time goes on that the issues I encountered with the office will get worked out like all companie due with staffing adjustments. That's why I want to focus on the experience I had with Shawn. I can say after working in the customer service field for 20+ years Shawn provided me with some of the best customer service that I could have asked for. Shawn diagnosed the problem with our machine, ordered the part and returned, installed the part and now the washing machine is working once again.
