About Pro Nails

Pro Nails offers pedicures and manicures in a quick, first‑come, first‑serve setting. Customers say the staff is efficient and friendly, with some technicians praised for being thorough and tender. Prices are described as unbeatable: $26 for a pedicure and $30 more for a no chip manicure. The no chip polish is said to last up to two weeks, but a few clients report it falling off after a few days. Some technicians are noted as rude and providing poor customer service, especially the male technicians. Overall, the shop is appreciated for its value and fast service, though customers expect the quality they pay for.

There’s a reason why this place was empty on the weekend. I went in for a nail fill in manicure and the polish change for my toes. They Charged an extra $15 for a super simple design, the lady was in a rush and had the Nastiest attitude. When I asked her to fix the last 2 fingers on both hands because they looked jacked, she had a bad attitude and rushed and did again. I asked her to fix it because the lines weren’t straight and they came out ugly again lol I had somewhere to be a was already In there a more than 1.5hours. I just paid a left. Never going back! I walked in today for a polish change. The technician that served me was so uninviting and rude. I told her that the drill was burning my fingers and request that she turn it down a bit while removing my old polish, but of course she didn’t. She informed me of the price for the polish change then proceeded to charge me an additional $2 for using my debit card when I asked her about the upcharge she responded with the nastiest of attitudes. I’ll never return to that place and I don’t recommend you go either.

The guy that did my pedicure didn’t do my toes correctly and He didn’t push the cuticles back and the no chip polish fell off my toes less then 3 days after the appointment. I don’t think that’s fair only because I paid the extra $15 for the no chip so it would last me the 2 weeks it’s claims to last.
