Doctors are good, no problem there (when you finally get a chance to talk to one). My wife and I have been going there for 20+ yrs., but they still act like they've never seen me before. Referrals take forever unless you harass them. Doctor tells you to ask the front staff for certain paperwork and they look at you like they've never heard of what you're talking about.But they are good at billing/collecting...

I like Dr Desai a lot. He's patient and thorough. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is beyond horrible. I've been billed for things I already paid and showed up for appointments they never put on the schedule

Dr. Norma Kraft is a one of a kind Dr. she is amazing she listens to you and answers all the questions you may have. Very professional bedside manner. Finally a Dr. who really cares for her patients and keeps them updated on what is to come in the future.
