I highly recommend Alan & Ken's computer services. They really did a good job transferring all of my important files onto my new laptop along with other technical stuff that needed to get done from day one. Very informative and they go out of their way of explaining things and if you have any questions Alan will answer them quickly.

Alan and Ken really saved us when our hard drive crashed. We have never used a computer repair service before and frankly we were worried to trust someone with our laptop. They took our laptop on Sunday at 6 pm and we got it back on Monday evening. I will recommend them to anyone asking about referrals. We will be taking our old equipment there for recycling. Our laptop is working great saving us from buying a new one.

I called for an issue with my laptop. Alan called back almost immediately and took the time to discuss possible solutions that I could try on my own. I ended up having to bring the laptop in and he was able to recover all the files so that I was up and running the next day.
