My AC unit went out on a Friday at 5 PM and I called GP Systems and they were out that evening. My furnace had approximately 6 years left and due to a lacking space for the new AC unit. We decided to upgrade both heating and air conditioning. The old unit was installed in 1990; not bad. Monday morning GP associates had arrive with everything in hand and by 4:30 pm that afternoon, all new equipment was installed and the AC was on. Tuesday morning, a few adjustments were made for heating this winter. I can't say enough about the respect and courtesy of the associates at GP systems. I believe that the products installed are of high quality and very efficient.

We were very impressed with GP Systems. From their clerical staff to their service technician, they were top notch. They responded quickly to our service needs and provided accurate and timely services. Rebecca communicated very well with us on when the service technician would be out. We have an oil burning furnace and Joe went above and beyond to to not only fix the problem, but set us up for our furnace to run better in the future. As a petite woman, I’m use to men being condescending when they do this type of work. Joe was far from that. He explained what he was doing and was extremely respectful. We had an issue with our furnace that was in no way the fault of GP Systems. Our furnace was installed with our home construction and had issues that were entirely the fault of the manufacturer. GP always came out immediately when we called and worked tirelessly to correct the problem. We are so grateful we went with GP Systems, as this problem may not have been handled so professionally and honestly by other installers. As the homeowner, we were caught in the middle between the manufacturer and the installer to correct the issue and we can't say enough positive things about how GP Systems handled the situation.
