Without sounding too over the top or phony about my experience to say I was satisfied with experience is an understatement. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, absolutely professional in their treatment and plan for my situation, and very accommodating to my needs. In today’s world of get ‘em in and get ‘em out to maximize profits, how refreshing to be treated as a person instead of $! Kudos Smalltown Dental-Chillicothe!
We recently switched from our long time dentist in Peoria. From working me in ASAP to check out a painful tooth to transferring all our files in to figuring out insurance issues, Keri & the front desk staff have been very helpful. Amber did a great job cleaning my teeth & Dr Daniel Bordatto was professional & competent. It’s been a very smooth transition to Smalltown Dental-Chillicothe. Looking forward to a much shorter drive to the dentist in the future.
I really want to thank my dentist, dental hygienist, and offc. staff. I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. Keep up the great job!
