Dr Carol went above and beyond when I had to make the hardest decision to let my Leonard go. She made a plaster print of his paw, clipped bits of his fur in all of his colors and let me take as much time as I needed to say goodbye to him. I can never thank her and her team enough for the care they provided during one of my hardest times.
